I like to keep you informed throughout the whole process by sending you the sketch and multiple colour palettes to choose from so that I can create a portrait that is exactly what you want. I also take any requests if there are specific clothing items you want to wear in the image or a certain type of plant in the background.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Purchase this listing (choosing the amount of people/animals you would like me to draw) along with any add on listings such as borders, backgrounds or physical prints.

2. Email me photos of each person/animal you would like in the portrait - if you have multiple photos of each character then please send these over too as it helps me get a more accurate idea of what they each look like. Please email me at hello@happymousestudio.com along with your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

3. Please include in the email any specific details you would like e.g specific clothing (if not I will base the clothing around the photos you send), any particular colours you would like and if you've purchased an add on listing for the botanical background or border, you can also request any specific plants or flowers to be included.

4. In the first stage, I will create a sketch for you and multiple colour palette options for you to choose from. These will be sent to your email for approval, at this stage you may request any changes to the sketch.

5. Once the sketch has been approved, I will move onto the finished piece for you. Once completed I will send over the image to you for any last minute tweaks in the finished image. Once you are happy with the final image, I will resend this to you as a high quality jpeg. If you have purchased a physical print, then this will be shipped out to you.

TURNAROUND TIME:

The turnaround time is 2 weeks for custom portraits (not including shipping). If you need this completed faster, please let me know and we can sort this out.

FILES:

- The finished portrait will be sent to you as a high quality 300DPI JPEG for you to print at home/at a local printers.

- If you have purchased a physical print, these will be wrapped in brown paper and shipped out to you in a rigid mailer
