A custom hand drawn linework illustration of a house or favourite place, perfect as a family keepsake or as a housewarming gift. 

Both the top and bottom text are fully customisable so that the print can say exactly what you want it to. My suggestions are ‘home sweet home’, ‘our first home’, your family surname, your full address or your house number.

The illustration will be based upon the photo you send me, please try to take the photo straight on and make sure that the image is not blurry/pixelated. It is created digitally, on a cream background with dark brown lines.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

- Once you have purchased this item, please send me a photo of the place you would like me to draw along with your order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email). You can do this via email at hello@happymousestudio.com or through Etsy messages.

- Please also let me know what text you would like on the top and bottom of the illustration.

- The finished image may be landscape or portrait, depending on the shape of the building - if you have a preference to which way round you would like it, please let me know when you send me the photo.
